Daily Workout Drop

Terms of service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

By using Daily Workout Drop you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Daily Workout Drop is a free fitness app that serves one tailored daily exercise to chip away at across the day, solo or with buddies. It's provided as-is: we may change, pause, or discontinue features (or the whole service) at any time.

Health and safety

Daily Workout Drop offers general fitness ideas, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting if you have any health concerns, and stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You take part at your own risk. See the full safety & disclaimer page.

Your account

An account is optional and created by signing in with Google. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data — see the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Keep it friendly. Don't impersonate others, don't use offensive display names or custom-exercise names (your buddies see them), don't abuse invite codes, and don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your content

Anything you create in the app — custom exercises, display names, workout logs, feedback — remains yours. You give us permission to store and sync it, and to show it to your buddy circle where a feature calls for it (for example, a shared challenge using your custom exercise).

Termination

You can stop using the app or delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app — including lost data, so keep your own records of anything important to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you use the app from elsewhere, local consumer protections that can't be excluded still apply to you.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Use Send feedback on the Profile page.
